User IP Lockdowns
Within DealTrak, Administrator users are able to restrict a user’s access based on IP address. This makes a user unable to access the system from any other locations or networks.

To manage the IP Lockdown, you need to select the option from within the Control Panel. |  |
On this screen, you will have a list of all available active users within the DealTrak system. To restrict a user, you need to enter the IP address into the grey box next to their user. You can add multiple IP addresses (separated by a comma) which will allow them access from multiple locations.
