Dummy Vehicle Data
The DealTrak system allows you to store dummy vehicle information within it. This is useful if you have some lenders that require vehicle details, but you don’t have a selected vehicle yet.

Clicking into the Dummy Vehicles page gives you the option to add a new VRM or edit/remove an existing one. To add a new one, click the Add New button. It will require you to enter the VRM and current mileage. | |
To use the dummy vehicle on a proposal, you need to select the option on the vehicle details session in the proposal wizard.
Under the section where you enter the VRM, there will be a Load button.
Clicking this will bring up a list of the dummy vehicles available. Simply select the vehicle you wish to use and the details will populate in the proposal. | |
