How to Log In to DealTrak
To log in to the DealTrak system, you will need to go to www.dealtrak.co.uk and click the Client Login Button.

The first thing you will need is your Dealer ID. This will have been provided to you when your system was first set up and is usually the name of your company in all lower case characters. If you don’t know your Dealer ID, please speak to our Client Services team and they will provide you with the relevant information. | |
You will then need your username. This will be your name in the format firstname.surname | |
Finally, you need to enter your password. You will have created this when you first logged in to the DealTrak system. Passwords have to be at least 12 characters long. The system requires a password to be changed every 90 days. If you have forgotten your password, you can either use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen, or request a reset via the Client Portal. | |
When you log in to DealTrak for the first time, you will be also required to create a 4 digit PIN. The PIN is required when you change your password or log into DealTrak from a new location. If you forget your PIN, you will need to request a reset through the Client Portal |
