Interface User Guide
The following screenshots outline the process to use the new Compliance Portal as part of the DealTrak proposal process.
There are multiple points to access the Compliance portal, and the different methods are detailed below.
Instructions | Screenshot |
The Compliance Portal can be accessed: Either by clicking the “Compliance” button at any point within the proposal wizard.
Or, Clicking the “Compliance Info” button from the proposal summary screen.
Once in the Compliance portal, you will be presented with a list of the available question sets (which have been set up by your administrator). If a question set has not yet been answered, the action column will have a “Start” link.
| |
If the question set has been answered, you get the option to view the answers given, or you can re-answer the questions. When the question set has been answered, the Status column shows the time and date of when it was completed.
| |
Answering the questions will be based on how they have been set up for your process. These could be multiple choice, radio options (as per the example) or text and number fields.
| |
If the answer given by the customer requires either a deliverable or evidence (based on the requirements set up) they will be prompted at the time. For example, if a customer answers yes on a question and that answer means you would need to show them a specific document, the system will prompt you to show that document when the answer has been submitted.
| |
When all the questions have been answered, you will be returned to the main compliance portal screen. From here, you can view the answers for each set or re-answer them if required. There is also an option to print a PDF with all the relevant information on, this shows the questions along with the answers provided. It also shows any eligible or recommended products.
| |
There is also a link to the documents relevant to the customer. This will show any deliverables and evidences provided. These can be emailed to the customer if required, and this information is logged so you can see what was sent and when.
