Proposal Reset

The DealTrak system now allows users to reset a proposal that is showing as an error when sent to a lender.

Any proposal resets completed through this new functionality will be logged in the proposal history.

On the send screen for a proposal, if there has been an error a new reset icon shows.

 

Clicking the icon brings up a box which will explain the error that the system has received back.

If the error is complex, the system will advise the user to get in touch with the Client Services team via the Client Portal, or the phone.

 

Clicking Reset Prop, removes the error and allows you to resend the proposal after you have amended the deal.

You can only manually reset a proposal 3 times. The 4th attempt will direct the user to the Client Portal.
